Family Portal & App
The FACTS Family Portal is the hub for grades, forms, and school communication (district code STCS-TX). The FACTS Family App is available for iOS and Android.
Extended Care
On-site after-school care for PK–8 from dismissal until 5:45 PM each full school day — homework help, arts and crafts, games, and playground time, billed monthly.
Current monthly rates and enrollment forms are available from the Extended Care Coordinator. extendedcare@st-theresa.org
Lunch Program
Hot lunch is catered by Austin's Dine by Design and ordered online through Hotlunch.com (school code STCS; one-time $10/child annual software fee).
Uniforms
FlynnO'Hara is the school's uniform provider. Uniforms are required PK–8, with a dress uniform on Mass days and designated spirit days.
Tiger PTO
The Tiger PTO supports STCS through volunteer service and outreach — every STCS parent is already a member. The PTO also runs Tiger Mart uniform resale and spirit-wear sales.
Volunteering (EIM)
EIM (Ethics & Integrity in Ministry) training is required to volunteer with students.
New Tiger families
Welcome! Orientation, playdates, Rally Day, and first-day details arrive each summer in the new-family handbook from the school office.
Summer camps
STCS runs summer camps each year — choir, volleyball, basketball, soccer, flag football, drama, and Vacation Bible School — announced each spring with online registration.
