Advisory Councils
Lay advisory bodies that help the pastor steward the mission and resources of the parish.
Pastoral Council
The St. Theresa Pastoral Council is an advisory board to the Pastor, serving as advisors in the responsibility of decision-making and as a channel of communication and motivation among all the people of God — developing and unifying the parish as a Christian community.
Nine members are discerned through a prayerful process intended to identify intentional disciples within the parish community; three members are discerned each year.
Finance Council
The Finance Council advises the pastor on the temporal goods of the parish — budgeting, stewardship of facilities, and financial transparency, including the offertory reporting published each week.
